PROGRAMS & REGISTRATION
OTUSA provides free additional goalie training for OTUSA goalies of all ages during the fall and spring seasons.
The spring season schedule for goalie training will be available in March 2018.
OTUSA teams are conducting their winter footskills training with their professional trainers from SST and Spurrier PST on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights at Compete Academy located at 1930 Heck Avenue, Neptune, NJ.
Additional goalie, footskills, and finishing training is also available for all OTUSA players on Sunday evenings (see attached schedule) for an additional fee.
RED BULLS TRAINING
OTUSA teams with the Major League Soccer Red Bulls to offer a training camp, typically during the early evenings for one week in August.
Additional information and the schedule for this training will be available in April 2018.
Our Grassroots program is available to children in Kindergarten through Second grade as of March 2018. The program's primary focus is to encourage kids to learn more about soccer. This is accomplished by providing age appropriate professional training sessions and fun oriented game situations where kids can put to use what they have learned.
Program Days of the Week
Practice sessions are held on Friday evenings and games are played on Saturdays. Should game cancellation occur due to inclement weather, make up games may be scheduled for Sundays or weekdays.
The program runs April and continue through to June.
Program teams are co-ed in nature and are divided by birth year. There are typically two divisions Kindergarten (Birth Year 2012) and Grade School (Birth year 2011 and 2010) Roster accommodations will only be made for siblings.
All participants receive a shirt that matches their assigned team color.
Age appropriate shin guards are required.
Rubber cleats are recommended.
NO JEWELRY IS PERMITTED AT GAMES OR PRACTICES.
Registration: January 24 – March 15, 2018
Payment: Credit/Debit or ACH (electronic check)
Early Fee: $70.00 before March 1, 2018.
Late Fee: $80.00 after March 1, 2018.

Volunteer Coaching Positions Are Open
If selected as a Head Coach, you will be eligible for a 25% refund (early registration fee).
Team Head Coach Responsibilities (only one per team)
• Foster a soccer centric fun environment for kids.
• Attend practice sessions that will be run by professional SST trainers.
• Manage team communications using Teamsnap.
• Coach team games. That mostly entails helping apply lessons learned from SST training sessions, assign player positions and manage player substitutions.
Volunteers must comply with the Ocean Township United Soccer Associations fingerprinting and coach’s training programs. Information will be forwarded to all registered volunteers.
