The Ocean Township United Grassroots program is available to children in the following birth years:

• 2014 (U11)
• 2015 (U10)
• 2016 (U9)
• 2017 (U8)
• 2018 (U7)
• 2019 (U6)
• 2020 (U5)
• 2021 (Tots)

Program Schedule

The program starts the end of July with the focus on:

         Fundamentals Training

• Running with the ball
• Dribbling
• Passing
• Receiving
• 1v1's and small sided game play
• shooting

Training Sessions

Sessions will be led by US Soccer Grassroots Certified paid trainers

Practice Days

• Grassroots Group (2017 - 2020): Tuesday & Thursday 5:00-6:00 pm Ocean Township Intermediate School fields 1200 West Park Ave. Ocean, NJ 07712
• Ocean Township Intermediate School fields 1200 West Park Ave. Ocean, NJ 07712  Grassroots Group B (2014 - 2016): Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm 

*Program dates may be adjusted due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.  Communication on changes will be made through TeamSnap.

Equipment

• Water for player
• Age appropriate shin guards are required
• Sneakers
• NO JEWELRY IS PERMITTED
